Our experience includes more than a decade conducting undercover intelligence operations on international assignments involving counterterrorism, counterespionage and political-military affairs. It also includes intelligence targeting and analysis on sensitive national security missions, and investigations involving fraud, human trafficking and corporate due diligence.
We have led Supreme Court and appellate litigation work involving classified counterterrorism cases, reviewed complex international transactions and mergers, and advised on sanctions policy. Our work has also encompassed sensitive diplomatic and military engagements and management of an international justice-sector assistance programme that expanded eightfold, strengthening law enforcement and anti-money-laundering capabilities.
Our commercial experience spans enterprise cyber risk management, international operations, data strategies deployed at national scale, and technology ventures built and sold. These include a digital business acquired by a major media company, with products reaching 35 million users.
